Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customers must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible area and that all valuables are removed. We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.

We use eco-friendly and organic products whenever possible. However, customers with allergies or sensitivities should inform us before service.
